Deber\u00e1n colocarse en una bandeja forrada con papel de horno. El horno deber\u00e1 estar encendido a una temperatura que no supere los 180 grados, mejor si se utiliza la funci\u00f3n de ventilaci\u00f3n. La cocci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 durar aproximadamente 20 minutos, es decir, el tiempo necesario para que el laurel libere todo su olor y absorba definitivamente el mal olor de tu horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, el laurel tiene propiedades antimicrobianas, especialmente en el aceite esencial de laurel. Estas propiedades pueden ayudar a combatir bacterias y hongos y a preservar la frescura de los alimentos. Por lo tanto, el laurel tambi\u00e9n sirve para aromatizar con su aroma fresco, herb\u00e1ceo y ligeramente especiado.
