S\u00ed pero sin gluten, con una masa ultra suave, sencilla y f\u00e1cil de hacer<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>8 raciones<\/li>\n<li>100 g de harina de arroz<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de maicena<\/li>\n<li>100 g de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<li>80 ml de leche normal o vegetal<\/li>\n<li>100 ml de aceite<\/li>\n<li>Peladura de naranja<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<li>80 ml de leche normal o vegetal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 ml de aceite<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e1scara de naranja<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de levadura<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de canela<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cucharadita de nuez moscada<\/li>\n<li>1 manzana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Mediamanzana rallada. La otra mitad la reservas.<\/li>\n<li>En un bol, mezcla la harina, la canela, la levadura en polvo y la nuez moscada.<\/li>\n<li>En otro bol, bate el huevo con el az\u00facar y el aceite. A\u00f1ade la leche, la manzana y la ralladura de naranja.A\u00f1ade la<\/li>\n<li>mezcla de harina poco a poco hasta que tengas una masa homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n<li>Pones la mezcla en un molde engrasado con mantequilla.<\/li>\n<li>Coloc\u00e1is la manzana en gajos de forma que quede sim\u00e9trica y finalmente espolvore\u00e1is con az\u00facar moreno.<\/li>\n<li>Horne\u00e1is a 180\u00ba C durante 30 a 35 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Opcional: hac\u00e9is una mezcla de agua y mermelada. La calentar\u00e1s durante 10 segundos en el microondas y pelar\u00e1s el bizcocho.
