He aqu\u00ed c\u00f3mo prepararlo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 lata de leche condensada azucarada (aprox. 397 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 huevos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tazas de leche (unos 480 ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caramelo l\u00edquido (para la cobertura)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instrucciones :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Precaliente el horno a 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comience preparando el caramelo: Vierta una peque\u00f1a cantidad de caramelo l\u00edquido en la base de cada molde de flan (puede utilizar moldes individuales o un molde grande).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol, mezclar la leche condensada azucarada, la leche, los huevos, el extracto de vainilla y una pizca de sal. Bate la mezcla hasta que quede suave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verter la mezcla de natillas en los moldes preparados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colocar los moldes de flan en una fuente de horno grande. Llenar la fuente con agua caliente hasta la mitad de los moldes. Este m\u00e9todo de cocci\u00f3n al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda ayuda a que los flanes se cuezan de manera uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meter los flanes en el horno entre 45 minutos y 1 hora, o hasta que est\u00e9n cuajados y la superficie ligeramente dorada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez cocidos, sacar los flanes del horno y dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez fr\u00edos, refrigere los flanes durante al menos unas horas, o incluso toda la noche, para que cuajen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Antes de servir, pase un cuchillo por el borde de cada flan para desmoldarlos m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente.
