A continuaci\u00f3n le explicamos c\u00f3mo preparar el Wellington de salm\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>600 g de filete de salm\u00f3n sin piel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de mostaza integral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g de champi\u00f1ones, finamente picados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 chalotas picadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dientes de ajo picados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de mantequilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 taza de vino blanco seco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de hojaldre (listo para usar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 huevo batido (para dorar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hierbas frescas (como eneldo, perejil o estrag\u00f3n) para la guarnici\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instrucciones :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 200\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpimiente el filete de salm\u00f3n y \u00fantelo con mostaza de grano entero. Reservar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calentar el aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio-alto. A\u00f1ade las setas picadas, las chalotas y el ajo y sofr\u00ede hasta que el agua de las setas se haya evaporado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adir la mantequilla a la sart\u00e9n y fre\u00edr las setas hasta que se doren. Verter el vino blanco seco y cocer hasta que se evapore. Retirar del fuego y dejar enfriar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extienda la masa de hojaldre sobre una superficie ligeramente enharinada hasta formar un rect\u00e1ngulo lo suficientemente grande como para encerrar el filete de salm\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colocar el filete de salm\u00f3n en el centro del hojaldre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extender la mezcla de setas enfriada sobre el filete de salm\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dobla el hojaldre sobre el salm\u00f3n y las setas, con cuidado de sellar los bordes.
