Aqu\u00ed tienes la receta para preparar este bizcocho japon\u00e9s en casa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 huevos grandes, a temperatura ambiente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de harina de reposter\u00eda (baja en gluten)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de miel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de mirin (vino dulce de arroz japon\u00e9s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de agua caliente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instrucciones :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Preparar los ingredientes:<\/strong> Precalentar el horno a 170\u00b0C. Engrasar y forrar un molde rectangular (aprox. 20 x 20 cm) con papel sulfurizado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda:<\/strong> Llenar un cazo con agua hasta un tercio de su capacidad y llevar a ebullici\u00f3n. Reducir el fuego para mantener un hervor suave. En un bol resistente al calor, bate los huevos y el az\u00facar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calentar los huevos:<\/strong> Colocar el bol sobre la olla de agua caliente (ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda) y seguir batiendo la mezcla hasta que alcance unos 40\u00b0C. Puede tardar unos minutos. Puede comprobar la temperatura tocando la mezcla con los dedos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Batir los huevos:<\/strong> Retirar el bol del ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda y seguir batiendo la mezcla a velocidad alta hasta que triplique su volumen y quede ligera y esponjosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tamizar la harina:<\/strong> Tamizar la harina sobre la mezcla de huevo batido en varias adiciones, doblando suavemente la harina cada vez con una esp\u00e1tula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Incorporar la miel y el mirin:<\/strong> En un bol peque\u00f1o, mezclar la miel y el mirin. A\u00f1adir la mezcla a la masa, continuando a doblar suavemente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A\u00f1adir agua caliente:<\/strong> A\u00f1adir suavemente el agua caliente a la masa sin dejar de doblar.
