Son blandos por dentro y crujientes por fuera para un delicioso postre o merienda.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>140 g (1 taza) de harina para todo uso<\/li>\n<li>240 ml (1 taza) de agua<\/li>\n<li>3 huevos<\/li>\n<li>75 g (\u2153 taza) de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>una pizca de sal<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de extracto de vainilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Poner el agua y la mantequilla a fuego medio y hervir hasta que la mantequilla se derrita.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir la sal y la harina, mezclar con una cuchara hasta que se forme la masa.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el extracto de vainilla a la masa, luego cascar 3 huevos, de uno en uno, mientras se trabaja la masa con una batidora de mano.<\/li>\n<li>Trasladar la masa a la manga pastelera y pochar 12 c\u00edrculos sobre papel de horno.<\/li>\n<li>Hornear cada rosquilla en el aceite precalentado durante 3-4 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n doradas por ambos lados.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los donuts son pasteles dulces de forma redondeada que se fr\u00eden en aceite caliente y suelen cubrirse de az\u00facar glas o alm\u00edbar.
